CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference fees will be fully refunded provided that the cancellation request is received no later than 30 April 2017. Cancellations occurring between 1 May to 31 May 2017 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given after 31 May 2017. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the offical workshop e-mail: ecs4@chem.uw.edu.pl. Note the hotel cancellation policy is different.

FREEDOM POLICY STATEMENT
The organizers of the ECS4, shall observe the basic policy of non-discrimination and affirms the right and freedom of scientists to associate in international scientific activity without regard to such factors as ethnic origin, religion, citizenship, language, political stance, gender, sex or age, in accordance with the Statutes of the International Council for Science. At this meeting no barriers will exist which would prevent the participation of bona fide scientists.

After the login and password is set up, the system allows to upload the abstract (in case of poster presentation) - see "Abstracts" tab for more information and requirements. The system does not allow for registration payments. To pay the registration fee see information below. The system does allow for accomodation payments. During the registration you will be asked for dates. You can change them or answer this question later as well after you log into the system.

To pay for the hotel reservation you can make a wire transfer to the bank account given below OR you can pay online with a debit card through your personal account in the online registration system.
